Big thanks to Grindhouse for kindly answering our question on the rights to Lucio Fulci's The Beyond.

Hi Ian,

Grindhouse Releasing has all rights to the movie. It was sublicensed to Anchor Bay as part of our deal with Rolling Thunder, but with the expiration of that deal, all rights have returned to us. We will be re-releasing THE BEYOND on dvd sometime soon.
