Award Winning Sci-Fi / Horror Film BAD BLOOD: THE MOVIE starring Mary Malloy (My Crazy Ex, Fatal Defense, & TLC’s “Suddenly Rich”), Vikas Adam (Nickelodeon’s “Sam & Cat”, CBS’s “The Young and the Restless”, & Night of the Hipsters), Troy Halverson (“Mr. Lockjaw”, American Hell, & American Violence), Brian Troxell (The Legend of the Jasper Scarecrow, Slice 3, & Crimes and Mister Meanors), Grayson Kilpatrick (Netflix’s “Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later”, Bad Girl, & Man Down), Tomi Lavinder (“Mr. Lockjaw”, Attack of the Morningside Monster, & The Hideout), and David Alexander (CBS’s “NCIS: New Orleans”, Netflix’s “House of Cards”, & Christine) will be released by LEVEL 33 Entertainment in select theaters and On Demand starting Friday, October 13th.
Returning home from college, Victoria Miller finds herself in a loveless home with her broken mother, her cruel stepfather, and her snot-nosed stepbrother. When she escapes one full moon night in her stepfather’s car, she is nearly mauled to death by an amphibious “werefrog”. Soon Victoria herself transforms into the hideous frog monster and wreaks havoc on her family and town.
Produced, written, and directed by Tim Reis (Mind’s Eye) and produced by festival award winner James Sizemore (The Demon’s Rook), and Michael Bremer, the film won Best Feature Film at the Chattanooga Film Festival, and was an Official Selection at the Fantasia International Film Festival, Fright Fest UK, and Sitges International Film Festival.
The film will screen in select cities across the U.S. and will be available “Day-and-Date” via all On Demand platforms including AT&T U-verse, DirecTV, Comcast Xfinity, Spectrum Cable, Amazon Video, iTunes Movies, and many more.
