Telling tales of the characters who pass through a single room of a typical American chain motel, the Duplass Brothers-produced anthology series ROOM 104 begins its 12-episode season FRIDAY, JULY 28 (11:30 p.m.-midnight ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. From Mark and Jay Duplass, the show tells a different story each week, with the tone, the characters and the era changing every time. Ranging from comedy to drama to horror, each episode plays like a mini-movie, offering a new discovery from one week to the next, telling tales of everyday people striving for connection and meaning.

Filmmaking brothers Jay and Mark Duplass (along with Steve Zissis) were creators of the HBO comedy series “Togetherness.” They are also executive producers of HBO’s adult animated comedy series “Animals,” which returns for its third season in 2018.
Jay and Mark Duplass have written, directed and/or produced more than 20 films, including “Cyrus,” “Jeff, Who Lives at Home,” “Baghead” and their 2005 Sundance Film Festival breakout hit, “The Puffy Chair.” Other films produced by the Duplass Brothers include the Independent Spirit Award-winning “Safety Not Guaranteed” and “Tangerine.”
Mark Duplass and Jay Duplass are the creators and executive producers of ROOM 104; executive producer, Xan Aranda; co-executive producer, Ross Partridge; producer, Sydney Fleischmann.
