On September 22, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment honors the legend with an all-new 17-disc set, The Paul Newman Tribute Collection, featuring 13 of his acclaimed films including two-disc Special Collector’s Editions of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Hustler, The Verdict and The Towering Inferno, as well as nine other films ranging throughout Newman’s historic career. A fitting homage to one of cinema’s most accomplished stars, The Paul Newman Tribute Collection includes an exclusive 136 page soft-bound book loaded with a stunning array of photos, some of which have never been seen before, of the Hollywood icon on the set with his fellow cast and crew, excerpts from each film and personal quotes from Newman himself.

Over the years, Newman worked with some of Hollywood’s most notable filmmakers, three of which are highlighted in this collection including Otto Preminger’s World War II drama Exodus, Newman’s two films with legendary director Robert Altman, Buffalo Bill and the Indians Or Sitting Bull’s History Lesson and Quintet, and three of his six collaborations with director Martin Ritt including Hemingway’s Adventures of a Young Man, Hombre and Newman’s first big screen feature with wife Joanne Woodward in The Long, Hot Summer. Rounding out the collection is the Wall Street drama From The Terrace and the hilarious comedies Rally ‘Round The Flag, Boys! and What A Way To Go! Newman also received numerous Academy Award nominations throughout his career including his stellar performances in The Hustler and The Verdict.
